I started Scale Consulting in 2017 after recognizing a need in the FinTech space, where too often the Tech outweighs the Fin and compliance is an unknown and intimidating concept. Since then I have helped some of the best known FinTech firms and challenger banks establish their compliance programs, working with my clients and their partner banks to build the controls and compliance culture necessary for continued success. My clients include household names such as Chime, Mercury, Brex, GoodMoney, One, Gusto, Orum, Unison, Point, Neptune and many others.

Although I have over 20 years of regulatory compliance experience, my approach to compliance isn't stuck in the past and aligns perfectly with the nimble, fast paced firms working to get their product to market. From consumer lending to business banking, my programs are designed to ensure they represent the mission of my clients, tailored to meet the regulatory requirements as well as the culture of the firm.
